How do I book and pay?
Select your experience and date, fill in your details, and pay securely via Stripe (credit/debit card) or PayPal. You'll receive an instant confirmation email with all details.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund for cancellations 48+ hours before the experience. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable, but we'll always try to reschedule.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes! Mention any dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies) when booking. We adapt tours and tastings so everyone can fully enjoy the experience.
Where do tours start?
Meeting points vary by experience and are sent in your confirmation email. CDMX tours typically meet in Centro Histórico or Colonia Roma. Los Cabos tours meet in San José del Cabo or Cabo San Lucas.
Can I book a private group?
Absolutely! We love private groups — corporate events, bachelorette parties, birthdays, family reunions. Select "Private Group Experience" above or contact us and we'll build something custom just for you.
Does transportation come included?
No — transportation is not included in any tour or experience. All our tours are walking experiences that meet at a central point. We offer a separate Private Transportation service in Los Cabos (from $85 USD) for airport transfers and hotel pickups. You can add it when booking or contact us on WhatsApp.
What is the difference between all-inclusive and guide-only tours?
Our all-inclusive tours ($75) cover all tacos, non-alcoholic drinks, the expert guide and cultural commentary — everything paid upfront. Our guide-only option ($40) includes the full expert experience but you pay for your food directly at each taquería (bring ~$400 MXN cash). Both options visit the same spots.
